Integrating Pagato with LiveChat has been a fantastic experience. The LiveChat developer support team has been very helpful and their API is top-notch! We’ve seen a noticeable increase in quantity and quality of leads as a result.
As an online agency we are always looking for new ways to get the business of our customers growing. Therefore we evaluated a couple of Live Chat solutions but got quickly stuck with LiveChat, as it is easy to use for the agents, desktop or web interface and the price-performance ratio is the best we found. And finally the integration in an existing web project is done in a blink of an eye. It’s an absolute recommendation to our customers.
In terms of working with the LiveChat API, I’ve got no complaints whatsoever. Getting started was easy. The docs were clear, detailed and had great examples. The way the API actually worked in production was exactly as documented (that’s not always the case!). Couldn’t ask for more really!
